Chocolate Hemp Smoothie
Everyone loves a chocolate smoothie! Not only is this one delicious, it’s also full of healthy ingredients and packed with nutrition.
On average, one banana provides 3 grams of dietary fiber per fruit making it a true friend to our digestion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1–2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 cup pitted soft dates
- 1 tbsp. hemp hearts
- extra water to thin and a handful of ice (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour yourself a tall glass and enjoy!
