  • What is your shipping policy?

    Items can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States.  Free shipping for orders of 3 or more bottles includes all 50 States in the United States. International Shipping may be available for select products but will not qualify for free shipping. 

    Online orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

    Delivery times are not guaranteed and vary.  Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order, including packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.  

    Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

    Shipping rates will be calculated at a flat rate for orders not qualifying for free shipping. 

    Final shipping costs will be stated before the completion of the checkout.

    All orders shipped to within the state of Arizona will be charged sales tax. Orders to states with online sales tax laws that apply will be charged sales tax depending on the state laws and tax thresholds of the destination state.   


    SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

    A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your online order.

    The email will include a tracking number.  You can check the status of your order anytime by visiting the website of the specified carrier:  UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

  • How do returns work?

    Returns are simple!

    Customers receive a full refund when they send back unopened products within 30 days of receiving them. If products have been opened, customers will receive store credit when they send back the opened products within 30 days of receiving them. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong product and that we do not issue refunds or store credit past 30 days.
