  • What is your shipping policy?

    We offer fast, free shipping on all product subscriptions to 50 states within the United States and reduced or free shipping on one-time purchases. International Shipping may be available for select products but do not qualify for free shipping. We process orders six days a week and strive to ship the same day your order is placed and payment is cleared, except on Sundays and holidays.

    Although we do our very best to process and ship out your order as quickly as possible we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in a specific period of time. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address and we provide an estimate via email once your order is on the way.

  • How do returns work?

    Returns are simple!

    Customers receive a full refund when they send back unopened products within 90 days of receiving them. If products have been opened, customers will receive store credit when they send back the opened products within 90 days of receiving them. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong product and that we do not issue refunds or store credit past 90 days.
