- Recommended usage: 1-5 times a day
- Recommended dosage: 1 teaspoon (3 grams)
- Enjoy with Water, Juice, or blend in with your morning smoothie
- When increasing fiber into your diet, do so gradually to avoid gas and bloating, which may occur when consumed in large quantities or too quickly. If you experience discomfort, reduce to 1 teaspoon per 12 oz of water and gradually increase your intake over time to allow your body to adjust.

- You may experience gas, bloating and mild abdominal discomfort as you begin to take your probiotics supplement.
