Gluten-Free Pancakes

This recipe for pancakes is great for those who want to avoid gluten but still want to enjoy a Sunday favorite. We added a scoop of our Goddess Glow Beauty Collagen to help you replenish collagen stores in the body for and skin and joint health benefits.

We love serving these with a drizzle of honey and Greek yogurt for a probiotic boost.

 Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like them)

 

Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Measure 1/4 cup of the mixture on a warm skillet and flip when bubbles form on the pancake’s surface.
