What is a Peri Toolkit:
A Peri Toolkit is your set of tools, both physical and nonphysical, that help support you as you go through the menopause transition. There are a lot of treatment options and lifestyle modifications that can dramatically improve your perimenopause experience. Having these sets of tools and strategies can help you navigate the menopause transition with a sense of empowerment.
In my Peri toolkit:
