
Maca Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Maca
¼ cup Cashew Butter
1 ½ cups Almond Flour
¾ cups of Oat Flour
1-2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips or 2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Nibs
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in bowl
2. Mix in the Cashew Butter, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla if more moisture is needed, use a little coconut oil
3. Add dark chocolate chips or Cocoa Nibs to mixture if using
4. Once mixture starts to mold, use a tablespoon to roll balls.
5. Place balls in freezer for 30 minutes.
6. Enjoy!
