I only tried one bottle of this supplement; I am hoping that being consistent with two or three bottles worth would show better results. With just one bottle, I noticed only a very small difference, but only after I stopped taking these. I took these consistently every day until I ran out. Once I ran out, I did notice that my focus fell a little shorter again, so I would be willing to purchase an additional bottle and see the further benefits. I am not actually in menopause, but my suspicions of entering perimenopause have been really bugging me. I found these easy to swallow, and I like that the serving size is only one capsule. I did notice a scent to them, which I found pleasant - sort of cinnamon-y or spicy. The glass bottle and the packaging is nice. Overall, I'd try these again!

I got this supplement for eye health and for focus/energy. After I looked up galanga online I was surprised that this supplement targets women buyers. Galanga is supposed to be good for men also. The capsules were easy for me to swallow and didn't have any bad smell or taste. I tried taking them on and off. My mood and energy was a little better when I took the supplement. I also had a little trouble sleeping when I took the supplement which is common for me with anything that is energizing. I may take them by dividing them in half. I find it a little hard to compare the price of this product to other products because this is a blend, but it seems a little expensive for 30 capsules.

I have waited to post a review for this until I had consumed a sufficient number of doses, and it might have worked. Many mornings I had trouble "getting going" -- I'd feel a bit scattered for a while -- but this has not happened recently. I cannot say if it is attributable to this product or not, but, as this is the focus of this product perhaps it is. The capsules are large-ish, but not too large (I had no trouble swallowing them), and I experienced no adverse effects. Possibly worth a try to evaluate for yourself.
