I've been taking the Menofit for a month now. I haven't had a hot flash since I started taking it. I was having at least 10/day and they were awful. I'm grateful that this was recommended to me and I tell all of my friends about it!
It works I can really see the difference from before & after . Thank you for making me feel better 🙏
Really works , noticed the texture of my hair has changed, gotten much softer and my nails has also change from dark to almost normal.
So happy with this product.
A bit pricey though.
I have struggled with weight gain, irregularity and moodiness. I take 1-2 tsp daily and no more bloating, bitchiness and I’m regular. I am a subscriber now!!

I have been using this product for around a year now. I’m 52 and not experiencing any disruptive perimenopause symptoms. This product may be part of that. I am not currently taking HRT or any other treatment.
