I MAKE A “SMOOTHIE” COLD DRINK FROM THIS POWDER MIX EVERY MORNING - I USE A SMALL CUP AND USE A FROTHER TO MAKE A SHOTS WORTH - THEN ADD TO ALMOND MILK AND MY FAVORITE COFFEE CREAMER (which happens to be berry - flavored creamers) SUPPPPER DELICIOUS AND I ENJOY DRINKING THESE KNOWING ITS GOOD FOR MY BEAUTY REGIMEN!!!!!!!
I took my herbs for many months in the dark without looking at herbs to combat sleeplessness- they worked mildly- but were upsetting my stomach and causing diarrhea.... then I one day took them before bed
and saw that they were fully CONTAMINATED WITH MOLD AND BLACK MOTTLED STAINING. THE COMPANY SWORE TO SEND ME PACKAGING TO SEND THEM BACK FOR BATCH TESTING SO WE COULD
DISCOVER WHAT I HAD BEEN EXPOSED TO -- AND THEY NERVER DID. I have repeatedly tried contacting the company with email and phone and my complaints go no where. This was last June-ish 2023 and I still have no resolution as of today end of March 2024. I still have an "off" feeling in my stomach and intestines and struggle with stools that are different than my normal. They never followed up with me medically and still have yet to refund me for my purchases and had the audacity to tell me to continue using the other hers I had purchased from them. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PUT THESE HERBS INTO YOUR BODY. The company is not responsible for their product or their clients injured from their product. I put 5 STARs on this rating because my 1 star rating was deleted and not allowed to post. There are many other very reputable herbal companies that have very high standards for their products- this is not one of them. Try Metagenics or Garden of Life instead and do not risk your body to these herbs.
I formerly loved this product and was using them for sleep- taking them in the dark- at night when I would awaken- for peri-menopausal sleep disturbances.... and I was suffering ongoing low grade chronic stomach aches and diarrhea-- One day I took my supplements before going to bed- and was HORRIFIED TO DISCOVER THAT THE CAPSULES WERE ALL MOLDEY AND DISCOLORED WITH A BLACK MOTTLED STAIN APPEARANCE.
The company vowed to send me packaging to send the herbs back to be tested for contamination- this was last year June/ July 2023--- I am still sending emails of complaint to the company which they pass off and "close the ticket on" repeatedly. I feel brushed under the rug, and my intestines are still not right. I have demanded lab investigation of the contamination, refund of my purchases, and to be responded to by management for my medical. I got one barely audible voicemail from the company- and the return phone number was not intelligible. I have repeatedly tried calling the company only to wait on hold eternally. I am an herbalist and believe whole heartedly in herbal products--- just NOT THIS ONE or anything by this company. The are not responsible to their clientele regarding problems with their products. Look into purchasing from a reputable company like Metagenics or other for your herbal support. This company is poorly managed and totally dropped the ball on addressing my medical needs from injury from their product. BEWARE. DO NOT PUT THIS PRODUCT INTO YOUR BODY. If submitting a picture of product were allowed her I would show you the state of the capsules they sent out-- multiple bottles- even ones unopened by me previously show this contamination.
Completely tasteless, which I put in my coffee every morning. It has almost completely eliminated me having to run to the bathroom every half an hour all morning every morning, and it has the fiber in it that I need that I don’t get enough of in my diet I can’t recommend this product enough
I have ordered many times the best for regularity and menopause symptoms just extremely over priced . will need to find an alternate
Product is not bad as it was sorta working for me but the customer service is what is not good. If you are looking for a company that does not have actual representatives then this company is for you. I was with Meno labs having a regular subscription on a monthly basis for quite some time but got frustrated when I was not able to actually speak to a person and always had issues trying to get into my account as they kept having website problems. The fact that I cannot get into my account and would repeatedly ask to update my password and could not etc just gave me a huge sense of insecurity. I never ended up speaking to anyone and finally via email several times had my account cancelled. I still do not even understand how it’s legal to have companies where a customer cannot speak to a human being to get help. For this reason I’m looking for another company

Love love love! My menopause symptoms have improved a lot since I have been taking these two products, Menofit and Happy Fiber. I highly recommend this stuff.

The only product that resolves the hot flashes and itchy skin. Tried to stop last month and the itchiness returned with a vengeance. Cannot live without.
I won’t be able to review it as the product will take three months to work. I know that instead of always being hot, I am freezing with fewer hot flashes during the day.
The nights are miserable. That is why I think it will take three months to kick in, so ask me again three months from the date of purchase.
