  • Take 1 teaspoon (3 grams) 1-5 times a day. Enjoy with Water, Juice, or blend in with your morning smoothie.​
  • Store at room temperature, tightly closed. Avoid excessive heat.
  • When increasing fiber into your diet, do so gradually to avoid gas and bloating, which may occur when consumed in large quantities or too quickly. If you experience discomfort, reduce to 1 teaspoon per 12 oz of water and gradually increase your intake over time to allow your body to adjust.​
