    I have struggled with weight gain, irregularity and moodiness. I take 1-2 tsp daily and no more bloating, bitchiness and I’m regular. I am a subscriber now!!

    Completely tasteless, which I put in my coffee every morning. It has almost completely eliminated me having to run to the bathroom every half an hour all morning every morning, and it has the fiber in it that I need that I don’t get enough of in my diet I can’t recommend this product enough
