    I've been taking Athena shield along with Menofit and Happy Fiber as my morning routine with my smoothie, this gives me lots of energy and has really reduced my hot flashes.

    I took this at night and work up feeling awse with a smile. This really does support the Menofit. I felt the difference. Now don't get me wrong, menofit works awsome by itself,but when I took this,I woke up feeling extra awsome

    I've been taking menofit for 2 years now and have never felt better. My "old lady" symptoms rarely pop up. And, if they do they are not as intense as they were before taking menofit. I also tried the Goddess Glow beauty collagen- which I take everyday in my morning tea - and love it. My hair looks healthier, my nails grow faster and above all my joints FEEL SO MUCH BETTER! In comparison with the most popular brand on the market, I give the Goddess glow a 5 star rating.

    I have been taking Athena's Shield for over a month and cannot see a difference; I may actually feel worse overall. Also, I take my caps at night and get a headache upon waking in the morning (only since taking the supplement). Nonetheless, I am going to keep taking a few more months based on others' experiences! Wish me luck.

    I've taken MenoFit for almost a year now and I've felt great but every few weeks I would feel a few symptoms pop back up. I've added Athenas Shield DIM this month and so far I've have not had any hot flashes or night sweats. This is a great product to help MenoFit work a even better.
