This recipe for pancakes is great for those who want to avoid gluten but still want to enjoy a Sunday favorite. Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Measure 1/4 cup of the mixture on a warm skillet and flip when bubbles form on the pancake’s surface.
