Ingredients

• 1 banana
• 1 cup frozen berries
• 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
• 3/4 cup frozen mango
• 1-2 scoops of Ready Set Glow
• 1-2 tsp of Good Moves
• 1 tsp maca powder
• 2 tbsp hemp seeds
• 1 cup almond or oat milk

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender and serve! 

I topped my high-fiber smoothie off with hemp seeds for extra fiber, protein and omegas! It was soooo yummy, I can’t wait for you all to try this recipe.
