I was very skeptical. This must be another gimmicky product. I am up to two teaspoons a day. It is remarkable, because it curbs my appetite and I have no brain fog at all. I am sharp, focused, and calm. Using this with the Menofit. It is not gritty at all. I put it in my iced tea, and give it a good stir. It is flavorless. Very fine and blends well. I don't feel as hungry, so I make better food choices.

I started taking MenoFit with Well Rested and Happy Fiber over 2 months ago and my hot flashes are gone completely. I am in perimenopause (very close to menopause) and feel more healthy and I have so much more energy. If you are skeptical and suffering from belly weight gain and lack of sleep I would try these supplements. Combined with regular exercise and a whole food diet, I feel so much more healthy and feel like I have the tools to get through this transition!
First let me just say that this company is such a breath of fresh air. I know what's in every product, their customer service is spectacular and the women that run Menolabs are amazing. I bought Happy Fiber on Amazon but it's less expensive in a subscription directly from the company. I take Menofit and Happy Fiber and within the first month my hot flashes and nightsweats are gone, I feel so much better everyday and I'm back in control. My husband has noticed my mood is great and I just feel like me again. I strongly endorse this company the supplements they sell.
