We love happy, healthy customers and we love when you tell your friends about us!

Your support of our women-owned business helps us grow and greatly reduces our marketing costs so that we can help more women live their best lives through menopause and beyond. Our Loyalty and Rewards program is based on a points system that rewards you for your purchases, sharing coupons with your friends, for writing product reviews and for using our MenoLife app (2021).

Your voice has value. When you share our products with your friends and with your social network you earn Reward points that you can redeem for free merchandise, rewards, and discount coupons and your friends receive a discount on their first purchase. We also automatically award you points when you make purchases with us and you can earn even more points by completing simple tasks listed in the “Rewards” tab in your account on https://menolabs.com/account.

How does the Loyalty Rewards Program work?

We have already activated this program for you if you have made a purchase with us or we will do so when you make your first purchase. All qualifying purchases made since the program inception date (mid September, 2020) and subscription receive points upon shipment of the order. Your points are tracked automatically for you and will be available to spend on any item in our “Rewards” tab in your account on www.MenoLabs.com. You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.

  • What is the Loyalty and Rewards Program?

    We love when our customers feel better and want to share their positive experiences with others. We also love showing our gratitude for your support of our company and we show our appreciation in the form of Rewards points that can be accumulated and redeemed in the "Rewards" tab in your account.

  • How does the Loyalty and Rewards program work?

    You are automatically enrolled upon making a purchase and receive Reward points for every purchase on MenoLabs.com. Additionally points can be earned for referring friends, sharing discount codes with your friends on social sites, sharing your positive experience with others by leaving us a review on MenoLabs.com, Facebook or Google and interacting on the MenoLife app (2021).

  • How do I earn points?

    You earn points with every purchase you make on MenoLabs.com, when you refer friends, share discounts codes, share your positive experience on social networks, Google, and on with others. You can also earn points within our MenoLife app.

  • What do I do with Loyalty and Rewards points?

    Your Rewards points accumulate with purchases and activity and can be redeemed for free product and discounts or seasonal items in the "Rewards" tab in your account.

  • Can I get discounts on my products with Loyalty and Rewards points?

    Yes. There are some limitations and restrictions but you can redeem your points for nearly all of our core products. Points must be redeemed in the "Rewards" tab in your account.

  • When do my points expire?

    Your points expire if they are not redeemed or if there is no activity for six (6) months.

  • How do I start earning Reward points?

    If you’ve made a purchase with us after mid September, 2020 then you’re already earning Reward points. Access your balance by clicking on the "Rewards" tab in your account.

    Your Reward points accumulate with every qualifying purchase you make with us, each time someone uses your referral code, when you share reviews on our site, social sites, Google or when you interact in our MenoLife app (2021).

  • Where do I find my points balance?

    Your Reward points balance is displayed on your MenoLabs account page when you login.

  • Do I earn points for purchases I make on MenoLabs?

    Yes. You earn Reward points for qualifying purchases you make at MenoLabs.com in addition to earning points each time someone uses your referral code, when you share reviews on our site, social sites, Google or when you interact in our MenoLife app.

  • How many points do I earn for my purchases?

    You earn 11 Reward points for every $1 in qualifying purchase you make on M

  • I’ve been a customer before September, 2020, can I get points for past purchases?

    No, unfortunately we are unable to retroactively apply Reward points for purchase prior to the program commencement date of mid September, 2020.

  • What are the VIP levels within the Loyalty and Rewards Program?

    Our VIP levels reward you for purchasing products by increasing the level of Reward points that you earn and offering benefits for loyal repeat purchases. When you make a purchase with MenoLabs you join our Olympus Circle and start earning Reward points. When your purchase amount exceeds $200 in the past six months you are elevated to a Heroine VIP, when your purchase amount exceeds $500 in the past six months you are elevated to a Goddess VIP. Your VIP level can be displayed within the MenoLife app and earns you exclusive offers, promotions and rewards.

  • What do I get with higher VIP levels?

    Each of our VIP tiers extends an increasing level of benefit and rewards to you throughout our product and service ecosystem. You’ll earn Reward points for every qualifying purchase you make with us and when you refer friends or share your positive experience with others. Additionally higher VIP ties increase the amount of points you will earn for purchase and activities.

  • What is the Olympus Circle level VIP?

    The Olympus level VIP is our community wide program for customers interested in referring friends, earning Reward points for sharing positive reviews. We invite you to join the Olympus Circle upon making a purchase and automatically activate your Loyalty and Rewards account. You start earning Reward points upon your first purchase, (post September, 2020). There are no fees or obligations to join the Olympus Circle, it’s just our way of showing how much we appreciate you! 💖

  • How do I become a Heroine level VIP?

    Once you’ve purchased over $200 in qualifying purchases in a 6 month window you’re invited to our mid tier Heroine Level VIP program where you’ll receive 1.25X more Reward points for every purchase, for every friend referral and for other actions taken within the MenoLife app and in support of our company.

  • How do I become a Goddess level VIP?

    Once you’ve purchased over $500 in qualifying purchases in a 6 month window you’re invited to our top tier Goddess Level VIP program where you’ll receive 1.5X more Reward points for every purchase, for every friend referral and for other actions taken within the MenoLife app and in support of our company.

  • If my purchase level falls will I lose my VIP level?

    Yes. If your total purchase amount in a 6 month window falls below the requirements of your VIP tier or you remain inactive for 6 months you will lose your current VIP tier and rejoin the Olympus Circle VIP level.

  • What is the MenoLife app and how can I earn points using it?

    The MenoLife companion app is our exclusive community and health tracker ecosystem for women in perimenopause and menopause. Connect with other women, experts and our staff and learn how to enjoy a happier, healthier life. When you interact within the community or use our tools you can earn Reward points that you can redeem for free products and discounts available in the MenoLabs “Rewards” tab in your account

  • How many times can I submit a product review on MenoLabs?

    You can perform some tasks such as referring a friend with your unique discount code an unlimited amount of times. We do limit product reviews however to not more than two reviews per customer.

  • How many times can I submit a product review with an image on MenoLabs?

    You can perform some tasks such as referring a friend with your unique discount code an unlimited amount of times. We do however limit product reviews with an image to not more than one review per customer.

  • How many times can I submit a product review with a video on MenoLabs?

    You can perform some tasks such as referring a friend with your unique discount code an unlimited amount of times. We do however limit product reviews with a video to not more than one review per customer.

  • How many times can I submit a review of MenoLabs on Google-My-Business?

    You can perform some tasks such as referring a friend with your unique discount code an unlimited amount of times. We do limit Google My Business reviews to not more than one review per customer.

  • How many times can I submit a review of MenoLabs on Facebook?

    You can perform some tasks such as referring a friend with your unique discount code an unlimited amount of times. We do limit Facebook reviews to not more than one review per customer, per social media account of ours. For example, you can find @MenoFit and @MenoLabs on Facebook, you may leave a review for each of our accounts and you’ll earn points for each of these reviews.

  • How many points can I earn for inviting my friends to try MenoLabs in the Referral Program?

    You can earn an unlimited number of points through our referral program. Just share your referral code and link with your friends and invite them to try our products. Your friends will enjoy $10 of their first qualifying purchase and you’ll earn $10 in Reward points (1320) for each friend that uses your unique link.

  • Can I redeem my points for a discount on my monthly MenoFit subscription?

    No. Rewards Points cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, reduced priced products or services on the site. Subscriptions for recurring orders are already discounted. Rewards Points can be redeemed for items offered in the "Rewards" tab in your account.

  • I have not received my points for leaving a review on Google yet, how long does it take?

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us an honest review on our Google-My-Business page! We love helping other women just like us and your voice is so important to the success of our company. Our program manager manually verifies these types of reviews and will award Reward points for qualifying reviews within 7-10 days of your review.

  • I have not received my points for leaving a review on Facebook yet, how long does it take?

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us an honest review on our Facebook business page! We love helping other women just like us and your voice is so important to the success of our company. Our program manager manually verifies these types of reviews and will award Reward points for qualifying reviews within 7-10 days of your review.

  • I don’t like the items that I received when I redeemed my points, can I make an exchange?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items or services offered in the MenoLabs “Rewards” tab in your account on www.MenoLabs.com. This program must run as efficiency as possible to work correctly and some restrictions are in place to ensure we avoid unsustainable expenses or fraud. Please select your items and sizes carefully. 🙏

  • I received the wrong size item from the “Rewards” tab in your account on www.MenoLabs.com, can I make an exchange?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items or services offered in the MenoLabs “Rewards” tab in your account on www.MenoLabs.com. Some of the items in our “Rewards” tab in your account on www.MenoLabs.com are print-on-demand or sent to you from one of our promotional partners that are unable to process returns. Please select your items and sizes carefully. 🙏

  • Can I receive a cash refund for a product that I redeemed points for?

    Items that have been obtained with Rewards Points are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. In an effort to ensure the success of our Loyalty and Rewards program and prevent fraud or loss, additional restrictions apply at your account level that include exclusion from refund eligibility once Reward points have been redeemed for certain products and services. For example, if you’ve recently purchased a bottle of MenoFit and then redeem Reward points for a free bottle of MenoFit, neither bottle is eligible for return or refund.

  • If I return or am refunded for a product that I have received points for do I lose those points?

    Yes. Points are automatically deducted if a refund is issued or an exchange or return occurs for a prior purchase. It is possible to have a negative points balance in your account. In some cases we may disqualify an account from our Loyalty and Rewards program if the account has a negative points balance.
